Description
Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院碩士班 === 97 === Encouraged by policy of building learning society, the number of citizen participating in lifelong learning is increasing amidst abundant information surrounded by fast-paced transformation. Information literacy thus has become one of our requisites. The study started with discourses among experts and scholars. By using purposive sampling interviews were made with two decision-making chiefs who are responsible for execution of lifelong learning. They provided assistance on arrangements and contents of evaluation sheet of information literacy. It further developed into the questionnaire after integrating related documents and records. For the questionnaire, the expert validity was established through suggestions and direction from professors, scholars and experts. The subjects included three education extension institutions, 2 private corporations, manufacturing sectors and schools. The result indicates the subjects fall on level above average in terms of information literacy and lifelong learning acceptance. In addition, for information literacy and lifelong learning acceptance, male and female adults have similar level. The applications of information to solve problems, evaluate and use is highly correlative to using information to learn independently and active learning as well as to evaluation and use of information. Therefore, it is suggested to estimate the capability of information literacy by the Taiwanese adults themselves at the first place before selecting a way to learn, and then the way of lifelong learning was determined to achieve the goal of learning. Finally, we suggest the government to enhance the cultivation of information literacy since the capability of information literacy has a great influence on lifelong learning to promote and practice the lifelong learning to establish the version of the learning society.
