Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 生物技術與化學工程研究所碩士班 === 97 === Stainless steel is one kind of attractive industrial material in terms of superior corrosion resistance, clear appearance and excellent mechanical properties. It is widely used in chemical industry, machinery, automobile, construction, kitchenware and tableware. Demand of stainless steel is steadily increasing due to the strong needs in diversified industries. The high-valued functional stainless steel has been a key development in the global steel industry all the time.
Effects of various parameters on the cold rolled stainless steel 304 and 430 will be investigated by using the response surface methodology (RSM), which provide a systematic and efficient experimental strategy. Then, the RSM will be used to show the quality characteristics within range of key factors and assumed levels.
Through the result of RSM research showed that produce speed, annealing temperature, reduction of cold rolled and copper content are significant factors in the elongation of 304 stainless steel. Strip temperature and rolling force are significant in the glossiness part, when these two factors function together, it even showed great effect on glossiness.
The best conditions for effective cold rolled are: (1) strip temperature is 857℃, current density is 202 A/dm2, spm speed is 65m/min, rolling force is 10420 kg for glossiness of 430 stainless steel.(2) produce speed is 44m/min, annealing temperature is 1109℃, reduction of cold rolled is 79%, copper content is 1.2%, nickel content is 8.75% for elongation of 304 stainless steel. RSM model predicted the glossiness of 430 stainless steel could reach at 1027.70 and elongation of 304 stainless steel could reach at 63.53%.Experiments shall be run to confirm our prediction. The validation experimental value was 1024 ± 80 of glossiness and 63.1 ± 0.5% of elongation, showed that the experimental and predicted values were in good agreement.
