In order to reduce costs and increase profitability, oraginzations have fouced on how to enhace the performance of supply chain management (SCM). This is due to that SCM helps organizations integrate the upper and lower enterprises, thus increase the efficiency of their performance. How to use less money to create more benefit is important issue for every company. Demand of supply chains would affect inventory cost, which also influences financial performance. Thus, it is important to manage supply chains efficiently. Based on Balanced Scorecard, this study designs financial aspects, the process of supply chain aspects, the customer aspects, employees’ learning and growth aspects. Analysis of the data collected is based on Person coreelations and hierorichal regression by SPSS statistical software for the public companies and the publicly traded companies’ electronic industries as a study to provide the references that the enterprises perform supply chain later. There are different ways for the selection of key performance indicators, the previous indicators used were based principally on perceptional judgement, and thus, it’s hardly to measure the real value of company. However, directly from the annual report of the publicly traded company major in manufacturing industry and offer the questionnaires to review his own company, and then make an option for real value after the method is improved.
