The essay is concluded from the survey by the staff from the air-force maintenance field. Questionnaire was design to ask the interviewer the influence of the leadership from management level, and conclude with the recommendation. Hope this research can be referenced by the management of rear-service unit of air-force, and improved the efficiency of their management skill.
The theory in this research is based on the Combining Habitual Domain and analystic Hierarchy Process. The data is referenced from the bibliography. Then we analyze the information by Expert Choice 2000 under windows working environment. We objectively Quantitative personal opinion from the interviewee and positioned every standard clearly.
The research shows that there are three main principles on second level of leadership. The reference emphasis on Transactive Leadership, Transformational Leadership and Paternalistic Leadership. For the third level of leadership, there are 11 main principles. They are: reward and promise, loyalty, fulfillment, the ability of obey, responsibility, the level of concern, involvement, style of management, authoritativeness, the ability of leadership, and the allowance of subordinate.
Following we are going to research on the influence of the work performance from leadership. We analyze the achievement of quantification; establish the level of power from the management. Future we can offer the result of the research for the management to improve its leadership skill, also we can offer the result for other industry to improve their working performance.
