Description
Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 資訊傳播研究所 === 97 === The pervasiveness and diverse services of the Internet create a lot of educational new models. E-Learning Platform is one of them and can offer the synchronized learning environment and breakthrough the limits of time, space and boundary. It has become a mainstream delivery format and has been built for instruction by many universities recently. HCU Cyber University has been completely constructed as a E-Learning Platform for instruction and training in 2007. According to my research and observation, E-Learning Platform is not user friendly caused by programmer’s planning instead of user-centered design. There are certain issues something like easy to learn, remember and use, minimum errors and user satisfaction that users need to face. This research approach is using a Case Study, Focus Groups, Card Sorting and In-Depth Interview to analyze E-Learning Platform in use in order to figure out the incongruence of technology frame through Orlikowski and Gash’s Technology frame Theory. The results found in this paper will be forwarded to the responsible units as a framework of reference.
