The peaceful environment would be disrupted if any conflicts or acts of violence occurred and these acts also are also harmful to the students. In the past few years, the public has learned about campus violence through the media because of the advancement of technology and globalization. The society has great concern for the rapid spread of violence. General academic research focuses on works regarding youth problems such as campus victims and campus bullying. Although there are many discussions regarding this topic and experts and scholars are attempting to improve the situation, there have been limited results. Not only has the situation not improved, there are signs that it is getting worse. Campus bullying incidents do not just occur in Taiwan alone, the entire world is suffering from this calamity. The serious consequences of these acts are troubling, so this research focuses on the negative influences of bully victims and the injuries resulted. Through social statistics, we analyze the personal characteristics, the types of bullies, the levels of bullying, and the response of the school and parents toward the students, as well as their affect on the changes and relationships that will appear with negative behavior. The main research results are as below: 一、For the effects of bullying toward victims, the negative behavior towards different personal characteristics is different. If personal characteristics are poor (such as the victims are shorter, disabled, get poor grades, and easily have conflicts in peer relationships), they are more easily troubled by negative influences. 二、In terms of negative effects, emotional release is the most common negative behavior of victims. Later on, the victims begin to deny personal values and their sense of existence, as well as show signs of headaches and physical discomfort; they even start to have ideas of leaving the campus, self-mutilation, and committing suicide in order to escape the bullying. For some of the victims, after being bullied repeatedly, their hearts are gradually blinded by hate. Besides trying to find a way to get revenge, they also view their classmates as subjects for venting their anger. Finally, new bullying incidents arise, and this vicious cycle quickly destroys the campus order and peaceful environment. 三、In terms of the effects of bullying to the victim, the victims that are bullied the most are more easily affected by negative influences. 四、According to the level of bullying, victims of relationship bullying and Internet bullying are more easily affected by negative influences. But the victims that are subject to physical bullying and counter bullying have the highest probability of becoming victimizers. 五、In terms of the school handling methods, the victims that are transferred to the counseling department or social workers are more negatively affected and have a greater chance of becoming victimizers. 六、In terms of the response of the parents, when the children are being bullied and the parents show no concern, the victims are more negatively affected and have a greater chance of becoming victimizers.
