The empirical study based on Lin(2007) hypothesize structural sets out to examine the influence of individual factors (enjoyment in helping others and knowledge self-efficacy), organizational factors (top management support, organizational rewards, executing and directing of department manager ) on knowledge sharing processes and whether more leads to superior department innovation capability and performance. Based on a survey of 219 employees from the M company Engineer Department. This study applies the structural equation modeling (SEM) to investigate the research model. The results show that one individual factors (enjoyment in helping others and knowledge self-efficacy) significantly influence knowledge-sharing donate and collect. And the organizational factors (executing and directing of department manager) significantly influence knowledge-sharing collect. The results also indicate that employee willingness to both donate and collect knowledge enable the firm to improve innovation capability.
