The way to increase production effectively is becoming one of the most factors strengthening competition. The goal of product design is to meet customer’s needs, and products without quality will be doomed to fail the market. During the process of product design, designers change the spec from time to time. If improper solution and procedures are taken, the modified spec often results in lousy efficiency and definitely can’t meet the ultimate target of time to market. Therefore, as 3G mobile phone design as an example in this thesis, collecting customer quality request of product from survey, QFD is the system can be used to transfer customer’s to design project’s. Then, it will show the quality request of each component and service items based on the product feature, find out important design coefficient, and provide three project design concepts that use internet chooses to investigate. Here we got the the design concept result filtered out from internet information analysis, and results showed the variance between equal level competitors. It was showed that "concept 1" with big size Liquid Crystal Display Module (LCM), touch style user operation, and mid level selling price. Besides, it showed out that females got the higher intention in purchasing. Base on these research data, that would improve marketing and planning ability from designs and development team. The most important is, it can show out the improvement action psychically, and reach customer quality demand.
