This Electronic system is an innovation teaching method through internet network with remote platforms and computers.
This research will give a thorough analysis on the factor of Electronic OJT system which affects the company staff by collecting surveys from them, as well as through the documents discussion in order to understand the influence factors when organization introduces the Electronic OJT systems.
At first, the proposed framework of this study is developed based on the Innovation diffusion theory and some factors of the Computer Attitude during using the web-base training. This study constructs the following eight factors, such as "organizational factors", "Information and computer factor", "user factors", "curriculum factors", "computer attitude", and "Innovation diffusion theory" into the six dimensions of 20 variables to explore the intention of influence factors when used Electronic OJT systems. Then, the influence factors of the actual intention of staff that will affect the intention on the Electronic OJT system using is discussed to find the key factors. Two hundred and three surveys have been conducted by internet in order to gather statistics and to analysis.
Preliminary findings of this study showed that employees accept this Electronic OJT systems model is relatively high. The "Innovation diffusion theory" dimension is the significant factor that influenced the Electronic OJT systems adoption.
