Therefore, need distributors from the internal promotion of its core values, to respond to the high complexity of future business opportunities. Different types of IC distributor create different types of value, the value creation is not the same and different from the core of the ability to accumulate. Therefore we study through the industry value chain activities, understand how distributors construction its value creation.
The study focus on the case for sustainable operation, continuing to enhance cooperation’s core values or keep continuing it’s value creation. Therefore we study the core competence (the core abilities and resources input) compare with key factors that how external suppliers select the agents. From the study we understand there are four core values, such as the basic infractructure construction-(EMS TEAM); hardware and software design support capabilites-(Professional laboratory/ AE TEAM); global logistics information architecture-(Portal system); IC distributor’s branding value-(combine the three core values aboves). These four core values make WT Microelectronics with the abilities to integrate the values, create and maximize their profits. At the same time maintain its absolute competitives advantages.
