In the scope, the purpose of the study is to investigate the performance of risk management among domestic electronic companies during the period of 2006 to 2008.In this study, the determinations of profit and loss of foreign exchange among domestic electronic companies are analyzed through regression analysis The empirical results are as follows : 1.The size of electronic company is not significantly related to the performance of foreign exchange. 2.Ratio of export to domestic sale is positively correlated to the performance of exchange. 3.The number of operation site is negatively correlated to the performance of foreign exchange. The bad performance may be due to excessive overseas expansion. 4.The number of investing country is proportional to the performance of foreign exchange. The better performance may result from the diversity of investment in a variety of countries reduce the risk of foreign exchange. 5.The holding position of derivatives is inversely proportional to the performance of foreign exchange.
