Summary: | 碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 餐旅管理學系碩士班 === 97 === This research probed into preferable style of potential Chinese tourists for hotel design by five major kinds of vision aesthetic factors -“the sense of era”, “the sense of texture”, “the sense of color”, “the sense of space”, and “the complexity” for photos of ten hotel design styles of questionnaires, analyzed difference about different gender, different generation for preference of hotel design style. We expect the result of study can be reference for domestic hotel industry, design of hotel practice circle, marketing industry of hotel market.
This research received the and counts 357 effective questionnaires. The result of this paper found that the preference of Taiwanese hotel design styles for potential Chinese tourists are as follows:
1. The five kinds of notable preferences for potential Chinese tourists are “boutique fashion”, “gentle sense of color”, “natural sense of texture”, “flowing sense of space”, and “simplify brief”.
2. The male of potential Chinese tourists preferred “natural sense of texture” and “stable sense of space” than the female.
3. The elder generation of potential Chinese tourists preferred “gorgeous classicalism” than the younger generation.
