Of interest is the remarkable sisters’ motivation, as they have devoted their lives to establishing the school these past fifty years. The purposes of the research are as follows: First of all the research attempts to respond to the expectations of contemporary leadership. The real appealing power in leaders comes from that human beings heart. By looking at these leadership qualities, the research will attempt to respond to the expectations of present leadership in the changing educational environment. Second, the research intends to discover the legacy worth passing on. As the presence of the sisters diminishes, and there is a lack of new blood, the researcher, considers it a key responsibility of school administration to discover the core values, making it possible to pass them on. Finally, the research focuses on the importance of belief in leadership. The researcher attempts to show that the sisters’ leadership is a spiritual leadership, which grows from an inner power within their personal lives, influencing the external educational world in which they work. The research is a case study. The sisters, who serve at the school where the researcher works, are the subjects. The data consists of observation, in-depth interviews, documents and participation of the research subjects. The results are summarized in the following beliefs and propositions: Belief: The leadership profile of the sisters is in fact a spiritual leadership which seeks to mirror the leadership of Jesus Christ. Propositions: 1) The educational essence of the target school is built on the simplest road, love. 2) In order to live out the spirit of the school, it is necessary to walk continuously in the love of Jesus Christ. 3) What we need to follow is not the sisters themselves, but rather the model they convey, which is derived from their inner motivation. 4) The profile of leadership offered by the sisters is the spiritual leadership displaying both characteristics ---servant and leader together like Jesus Christ.
