Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 教育領導與發展研究所 === 97 === ABSTRACT The purpose of the study is to investigate the relationships between the school organizational climate and the teachers’ awareness of well-being. The targets were the teachers in the public elementary schools in Taipei County, and questionnaire survey was used in this research. With stratified random sampling, 784 copies of questionnaire were distributed, and 665 copies were recollected. The return rate was 84.8%. After eliminating the 24 invalid copies,the availability was 81.7%. The data were analyzed by statistics in description, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The findings were as below: 1.In public elementary schools of Taipei County, teachers are aware of a highly open organizational climate. 2.In public elementary schools of Taipei County, the status quo of teachers’ awareness of well-being is high. 3.Different background variables of teachers like gender, age, position, and years of service show significant differences in the awareness of the organizational climate in schools; however, the variables like educational background and the size of the school have no significant difference in the awareness of the organizational climate in schools. 4.Different background variables of teachers like age, years of service and the size of the school show significant influences on the awareness of well-being; however, the variables like gender, position and educational background have no significant influence on the awareness of well-being. 5.There is a positive correlation between the level of openness in organizational climate and the teachers’ awareness of well-being. 6.In organizational climate, the factors of “colleague behavior”, “friendly behavior” and “supportive behavior” can highly predict the teachers’ awareness of well-being. Finally, the study also proposed some suggestions as reference for the educational authorities concerned, the educators in elementary schools and future studies.
