As a result, for the current investors-centered and marketing-oriented banking industry, only by understanding the investors’ demand as well as their preferences could they design the products that suit the investors. This research aims to understand the preferences of different kinds of investors while choosing derivative finance commodity gearing type bond type and the factors they consider about the cooperative banks. Therefore, the banks can sell the products accurately to various markets. To all investors, the derivative financial commodity gearing type bond commodity's type is the most important consideration factor, then the bank type and the handling charge comes last.
