By the growing rate of internet usage, the e-Services are becoming more various and more important, which change the traditional life and bring many advantages to living. Therefore, the study wants to known the influence of e-services on people living quality to find out the characters on demand. The study discusses the “Wireless Internet Usage in Taiwan” and tries to make the advanced research. The study employs the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) combining with service quality (P-I gap) for simultaneously considering both the users’ demand and life-promotion dimensions and also discusses the difference on each demographics when evaluating or defining strategy on critical e-Services. The research conclusion is shown as follows. (1)The e-Services: “Information Searching”, “Internet”, “E-mail”,“Government e-Services” and “Chat(MSN、ICQ)” are both high in demand and life-promotion. (2) There are five e-Services in “Keep up the good work” quadrant, ten in “Possible overkill”, one in “low priority”, and no e-Service in “Concentrate here”. And the relative positioning of demographics in each e-Services in IPA all have significant difference.(3) All the services have positive gap values, with five having particularly large gaps which are “Wireless Internet”, “Information Appliance”, “Voice over IP”, “Online traffic service” and ‘’Far-distance real-time Medical Treatment and Guidance”.(4) Excepting “Location”, there are 12 service quality gaps have Sig-statistically significant on each demographics.
