It must be extended to the competition of the knowledge. Organizational learning plays an very important role. It is easy to understand the importance of the organizational learning, however; it can't be effectively pushed and implement. The purpose of the research is constructing the organizational learning framework of life assurance industry.
The research discusses the objective on the basis of the life assurance companies, and it adopts the method of the case study. In order to achieve the research purpose, first, view generally domestic and overseas documents to understand the meaning of the organizational learning, and discuss the whole aspects of the organizational learning. It uses the flow procedures of the four kinds of the knowledge acquisition, information distribution, information interpretation and organizational memory. It develops the initial aspects of the organizational learning in sequence.
As a result of the content of the aspects did not correspond with the practical development of life assurance industry. By using depth interviewing method,
revising the meaning of the organizational learning and developing an easy understanding questionnaire. Using analytic hierarchy process to know the important sequences of all the organizational learning. There are five main organizational learning activities: electronic storing, electronic documenting , understanding knowledge content, communications media capability and media richness. This is the organizational learning frmework of the life assurance industry.
The research constructs the organizational learning framework, and it can be referenced by the life assurance industry pushing the organizational learning. Finally, we bring up the managerial and practical meaning, and the improving direction of the future research. Hope it can help the push and implement of the organizational learning of the life assurance industry.
