Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 97 === In recent years, with the popularity of the concept of service-oriented architecture (SOA) and the emergence of Web Service standards, more and more software companies published their software components as “services” on Internet based on SOA concepts and Web Services standards. Web Services must be rigorously tested just like any software. The case company develops SOA-ERP testing process but does not use Web services standards. The current test methodology includes only functional tests, but not non-functional ones. The case company has been spending a lot of time in testing the services developed. Since Service-Oriented Architecture and web service standards have been globally accepted, this study uses them to test the web services on Internet. Our objective is to improve the service quality and reduce the testing time and costs. The test system developed in this study was applied to a real SOA-ERP system. We found that the test time and costs were significantly reduced. In addition, we also found some errors from the published services which were cloned to be free of errors.
