Description
Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 日本語文學系 === 97 === Touching upon the political thoughts and national policies of Japan of this generation, it’s not easy to separate the conservative thinking from the political. Be more accurate, the conservative thinking had become the principal for Japan political policies and politicians. It had also expanded to the behaviors and thoughts of the population by struggle of generations. How many differences between the conservatism thoughts of the politicians and conservative thinking of the mass? That’s what the author tried to understand. The different position of comprehensive to “conservative” creates strength of containment between the government and the citizens. What kind of variation would be brought to Japanese government and the citizens? How many influences to the decision making of national business and diplomatic polices in Japan? Those are the major subjects in this thesis. The background of this thesis began with the governance reformations of GHQ afterWW2. The educational reform among all is the emphasis of the treatise. The author tried to sort out and do the comparison to the educations of Japan before and after the war, and make full comprehension to the education after the war then use it to analyze the population thinking variations between pre-war and post-war. The author took the above-mentioned as the foundation to look into a serial of movements like base struggles, labor movements, regional movements triggered by the post-war democratic renewal movements and the left-wing social movements as a subject of study to the population thinking variations. With the population thinking and activities as study subjects to investigate the mass thinking variations and influences to the political policies in that period of time. In the last, the author makes a complete induction of the new middle mass thinking and life style created by Japanese economic exuberance and the above-mentioned to realize the relevance among Japanese citizen thoughts and government political policies and to investigate synthetically into the importance of Japanese citizen thoughts to the national policies in present day.
