The performance of the workgroup was greatly affected by the conflict resulted from bad communications between the group members. The effects of the IFN and the ICN were estimated by investigating the working pressure and occupational tiredness of the testee by questionnaire, data processing by the Ucinet software, and finally statistics compiling by SPSS in this research. The highlights obtained in this research were listed as follows: 1. The results showed that the interpersonal relationship between the members of the tested group is good and insensitive to the conflict if the IFN was intimately, but the ICN was loosely connected with the testee. 2. There is no occupational tiredness between the members of the tested group whom have passion for their work even if the working efficiency is still generally a pressure to them. 3. A highly inverse proportional relationship of IFN to working pressure (or to occupational tiredness) was found which reveals that the member who is good in interpersonal relationships is more insensitive to working pressure and occupational tiredness than others. 4. A highly direct proportional relationship of ICN to working pressure (or to occupational tiredness) was found which reveals that the member who frequently conflicts with other members is more sensitive to working pressure and occupational tiredness than others. 任慶宗 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW
