To date, the project programming depends heavily on the experience of senior mechanics which is not systematic and scientific enough to approach the lowest cost and highest efficiency on project programming. In terms of conveyor equipment manufacturing, developing a way to finish the project as soon as possible is a important task for managers. Therefore, here, we develop a way for manufacturing to solve the project scheduling problem. We propose two ways to solve the problem: First, we estimate five different kinds of manufacturing period using fuzzy theory and establish the mathematics models using linear programming (LP). Second, on the basis of the manufacturing uncertainty, we try to look for the way to approach lowest cost and highest efficiency using degrees of Membership. Our study provides a way for people to investigate the role of fuzzy manufacturing method on projects. Also, we simplify the complexity of project programming and help people finish the project with most efficient way. Here we use the software of LINGO as a tool to study the fuzzy theory on linear programming.
