There are three topics: First, understand the relationship style between the work stress of preschool teachers and directors’ leadership. Second, explore the relationship between the cognitive of job involvement of preschool teachers and directors’ leadership style. Third, explore the relationship style between the work stress of preschool teachers and the impact of its work. The questionnaire surveyed Ilan County sample to a total of 80 public and private preschool teachers and assistant officers as the research object, a total of 762 , adopted to facilitate the sampling, a total of 400 questionnaires sent, 275 were recovered, valid questionnaires 226, and the recovery was 68.75%. The results show that the more cognitive of preschool teachers toward director’s style of leadership, the relative in its role ambiguity and role of the load will be a positive correlation. If director of the preschool of the cognitive style of leadership to a higher level of institutional type, the role of ambiguity in the will show a positive correlation, therefore, whether preschool teacher cognize the leadership style of director or concern for the system will and role ambiguity was a positive correlation. Teaching security personnel, director of leadership style on the surface structure of cognitive structure or caring whether it is with the work of all the various dimensions into a positive correlation. Teaching and security role ambiguity would affect the work being recognized and ready to concentrate their efforts. The role of preschool teacher are being affected by the conflict agree that the work focus and work.
