Therefore, the objective of this study is to explore the factor of using the teaching blog by teachers at primary and secondary schools. According to the organized documents, the study utilizes the“Technology Acceptance Model” and “Uses and Gratification Theory” to analysis the factors of attitudes, intentions and behaviors which affect the use of teaching blog by teachers. Also, the study includes the relationship of various factors between the differences in teachers’ characteristics. The survey is used in this study and the targets are teachers form many primary and secondary schools at the Yilan County. The results show that the higher perception in ease of use of teaching blog the teachers have, the higher perception in usefulness. The perception in ease of use, usefulness, enjoyment and social influence of teaching blog can significantly and positively predict teachers’ attitudes. The perception in usefulness, enjoyment, social influence, motivations and attitudes can significantly and positively predict teachers’ intentions. Then, the motivations and intentions of using teaching blog can significantly predict teachers’ behaviors. Also, the teachers’ characteristics for various factors of using teaching blog partially appear in significant differences.
