First of all, the probed the advantages and defects of the present extraction techniques in this article. Then, extracted propolis and Root bark of Morus alba base on Hybrid Microwave Extraction and Ultrasound Extraction. Especially added the shearing mechanism and integrated circulation system in Hybrid Microwave Extraction to accelerate the contact velocity of the solvent and extract and to monitor the real temperature of the extraction. Also, analyzed the extract by using HPLC chromatography and optimization techniques to discuss the operating parameters of the extraction of the active principle of propolis and Root bark of Morus alba. The results showed that the Hybrid Microwave Extraction can successfully extract the active principle of propolis and Root bark of Morus alba. This is a reliable basis for further researches.
