There are various types of RP machine, and the materials of their end product produced are limited. The RT is the extension of RP process. By integrate the RP and RT effectively; it will optimize the production process of the end production, which is the purpose of this research. This research adopts the designed CAD picture file of Taguchi method, under the condition of the RP, to select the control factors. As the parameter optimal conditions of the RPdeformation have obtained, then the optimal model would perform RP of the Taguchi method to select the appropriate control factors. After the parameter optimization of mold have been obtained, it would then provide feasible improvement suggestions basing on the outcome. The experiment result have proved that by using the Taguchi method, it would effectively reduce the deformation of model and deformation of the RP and mold of the RT respectively. none 戴國政 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 101 zh-TW |
