There are six characteristics for food machinery industries:1.Standard: Imitates the human movement, and substitute for an-power.2.Dependency: High interdependence in raw material nature.3.Customize: Most production lines are cases earmarked for special investigation.4.Security: Conforms to the edible security and the sanitary condition request. To limit using material quality.5.Innovation: In accordance to food industry''s innovation, the equipment weeds through the old to bring forth the new unceasingly.6.Sustainability: Never vanishes industry. The agricultural products and livestock are processed by the machinery and process technology, the food makes each level of customers’ taste bud inside the consume pyramid. The induction has six big characteristic food machinery industries. Along with its innovation and the continuous vigorous development, Taiwan food mechanical industry international competition also unceasingly climbs and engraves strictly. Therefore, how to conform itself already does have the resources and collaborator''s ability as try to do the best for creates in food market''s competitor establishes the variation value which reduce the time and the fast service. Empirical study aspect, this research studies the special case of the food mechanical company that using lean production mold. To confer the cooperative enterprises by PDM (PRODUCTION DATA MANAGEMENT) system for investigation management is for practicing the lean production relatedness of the spirit and the value creation. Please see Figure 6-1. In partial production process, it will separate processing by resources advantage''s angle. Then, it performs to be coordinated with the production conditions of each factory. These Small and medium-sized enterprises build up in the same place regards it to operate for the sole enterprise. This belongs to each factory from all over the world then may regard as a huge factory. It will reward quickly to customer''s demand as a goal and create the market trend value.
