Due to the non-reciprocity charlatanistic of microwave circulator, ferrite material and added DC bias magnetic field are needed to control the propagation mode in different direction. In the beginning of this paper, we will discuss the characteristics of ferrite material. Following, we discuss the electromagnetic field on the designed circulator. In this study, the type of ferrite disk circulator is applied, and added slots on the edge of conducting disk used to improve the performance. Simulation ferrite material is adopted as substrate. Finally, to achieved a wide band microwave circulator. This structure is simulated on YIG(Yttrium Iron Garnet) material.
