To this end, first of all, the use of high-precision instruments set up online real-time measurement system on the machine, from the measurement of positioning errors during the data obtained. Combination of neural networks can be analyzed to establish a mathematical model .First , Using laser interference equipment HP5529A and DAQ data capture meter to get the axis position error data and the ball screw totallength extending data . Then through by curve fitting method and system identification toolbox to create the error model . Finally , using the Neural Network reference control to result the error analyze , we can know the position error changing just like forecasted , which quit similar to the ball screw total length extending quantity . Also can create a useful Analysis model .
