We adopt Fluent 6.3 software to simulate the flow behaviors. The cross-section of inlet nozzle modes have square, rectangle, circle, and ellipse, then discusses the different effect of flow field distribute, recirculation, and central velocity in three-dimensional wall jet. The simulate result shows, which angle, where can occur recirculation will depend on different inlet nozzle modes. Aspect ratio=0.4 make the recirculation farther than aspect ratio=2.5. Aspect ratio=0.4 cause jet flow central line slant to bottom, and also central velocity decline fastest, secondly is the aspect ratio=2.5, the circle and square is slowest. Aspect ratio=2.5 cause the upper velocity at nozzle outlet faster than the lower, and have bigger negative pressure region on upper corner.
