This study proposes a muti-wavelength Mueller matrix polarimeter, using the dual-rotating-retarder technique, for measuring the LCD parameters. The proposed method provides several benefits over other polarimetric and interferometric methods: the unambiguous range of phase retardation is extended, more cell parameters are derived from the recorded intensity variation, and the systematic error can be removed by a self-calibration step.
