Penetrates the more rigorous inspection way, promotes the clerk individual output value and reduces the rate of flow, and when invests the new person recruits the special case, grasping comes from at present to the life insurance profession has job seeker of the interest to enter the motive, will solve the insurance company future to elect only then, to teach only then, with only then, keeps only then question of the aspect. This research by the quantification methodology (questionnaire survey) and the electron particle materialization methodology (depth interview) took the research technique, lets both the material hand over converses, extracts the most essential work motive factor. This research discovered that,The majority of public figures come from within a transportation time hour place, moreover has the second income regarding the wish, perhaps has other status person (for example student, housewife), because of its itself status relations, regarding may elastic and the achievement demand orientation work, acceptance is high.
