Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程與科技管理學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === Suffering from world economy severely down turn, press industry has misted over the unforeseeable future,” no sufficient orders”, and caused the butterfly-effect to the insufficient-use of the machining facilities in the workshop; therefore, Companies have faced crucial challenge in the ideal of sustainable operation. In order to survive in the crisis, companies need to find “core-advantage” to adapt the environment, and aggressively develop the new market, and multi-operation to get through the economy recession. The study is to analyze the OCM capability of Company C by the method of questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is divided into 5 categories, “Technical Ability”, “Facility sufficiency”, “Machining Quality”, “Machining Cost” and “Market Development”. Concluding the statistic analysis of the questionnaire, the result confirms that the Company C has high recognition in the Calgary of “Technical Ability”, but most of the interviewees consider Company C as the over-rate of machining cost, high Facility cost. The study shows that there are the different responses in the interviewees with different in Department Division, Year of Employment and Positions. The study will be provided to the Company C as the reference for organizing the Machining workshop. Keywords:press machinery, OEM, OCM
