Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程與科技管理學系碩士在職專班 === 97 === The substance of this study is to explore the effects of teachers’ personalities, students’ motivations and facility environments on learning satisfaction - a case study of military education. The motivations are to comprehend college students’ satisfaction of military education, and to research relation of college students of various backgrounds among the personalities of teachers, learning motivations and teaching environments. In order to achieve the above goal, this study proceeds with the data of survey investigating to figure out the personalities of teachers, learning motivations and teaching environments effects on learning satisfaction. The result shows that the personalities of teachers and learning satisfaction are considerably interrelated, and the friendliness of the personalities of teachers has most obvious influence in learning satisfaction. Besides, students’ learning motivations and learning satisfaction are also related, and that the self-efficient in students’ learning satisfaction and the courses designing in learning satisfaction are highly related. Furthermore, the teaching environment has apparent mutuality with learning satisfaction, and the administration support in teaching environment correlated to the courses designing respectably. Based on the research results, this study gives suggestions to educators, educational authorities, policy makers and future researchers.
