The solar energy and wind power are the most convenient renewable energy. They are clean, exhaustible, and popular. People pay more attention about these energy sources day by day. In this thesis, we investigate a network to combine the solar energy and wind power. In this research, we study the characteristic of PV panel, the operation of wine power machine, a converter design, and control unit. Moreover, we also use Lab View software to control and monitor the power system. Based on this development, we can manage an optimal operation for a renewable power system.
