The instructors in children’s physical education studios in Taichung, Changhua, and Yunlin were selected as subjects. Questionnaires of job satisfaction, career development in the workplace, and burn out of children’s physical education instructors were used as research tools. A purposive sampling method was used to distribute questionnaires. send out 150 questionnairesal together,retrieve 142 shares, effective questionnaires 135 shares,and the probability of the usable questionn- aire was 95.1%. The results are as follows: 1.The feeling of overall job satisfaction of children’s physical education instructors was above average. 2.The feeling of overall career development in the workplace of children’s physical education instructors was above average. 3.The feeling of overall burnout of children’s physical education instructors was below average. 4.There were significant differences in the feeling of job satisfaction in children’s physical education instructors of different marital status. 5.There were significant differences in the career development in the workplace in children’s physical education instructor of different major, marital status, teaching years, monthly income, and whether they had participate in seminars relevant to children’s physical education. 6.There were significant differences in burnout in children’s physical education instructors of different major, marital status, and teaching years. 7.Job satisfaction and career development present negative correlation with burn out. 8.Job satisfaction and career development could predict burn out.
