The samples of this research includes 31 elementary schools in Tainan City which set up the development of school-based curriculum teams and knowledge management sharing platforms. Judgement sampling was applied to conduct questionnaires. At the beginning, T-test was used to receive the scores of “Elementary School Teacher Work Teams Practicing Knowledge Management Scale” developed by the researcher. If the significance level is above medium, ANOVA Single Variant Analysis would be applied further. Then, Scheffé method is used to conduct comparison to know the results of work teams building knowledge management sharing platforms and school teachers conducting knowledge activities. The objectives of the research are as followed: 1. Teachers believe that school-based curriculum work teams are essential and necessary. 2. Teachers think that school need to provide substantial support for work teams. 3. The effect of work-team knowledge management is better than individual knowledge management. 4.
