People can use the digital environment of internet to increase the personal knowledge and get the aim of learning. The Ministry of Education of R.O.C (Taiwan) now is tried to carry out the Information Education. And it also sketches the blueprint of the Information Education by using the Policy of Expansion of Domestic Demand. It makes every school has computer classroom and every class has computer. All computers can link into the internet. This helps all the teachers and students to increase the Information Literacy. In Taiwan, to spreading the Information Education is the main policy in Junior high school and Elementary School. It''s connected between "The students learning by using the internet" and "The Internet Information Literacy of students". This research is trying to get the correlation between "The students learning by using the internet" and "The Internet Information Literacy of students". By this research, we can know the result of "Spreading the Information Education”. This research has three parts. The first part is to know the condition of "The Internet Information Literacy of students". The second part is to use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to know the correlation between "The Internet Information Literacy of students" and "The Digital Learning of students". The third part is to build the Teaching Platform of dynamic pages. This can help the students getting all the knowledge they need, and teachers can share their teaching material. To research "The information literacy with the internet of students" by using the TAM, we can get the result that it has positive correlation between “The Internet Information Literacy of students" and "The Digital Learning of students". Increasing "The information literacy with the internet of students" can help students when they are learning. And we can get the aim of Information Education by the advantage of internet.
