We issued the effective questionnaires which investigated the relationship among work value, work satisfaction, and work performance to 425 samples. The effective questionnaires were analyzed through descriptive statistics, reliability, one way analysis of variance, posteriori comparisons,pearson product-moment correlation , and multiple stepwise regression analysis. The indication of study results included: The economic consideration is the most important reason that promotes young people to apply for the volunteer soldiers; The dignity is most regarded by the volunteer soldiers on work value; The pay and welfare satisfaction are most regarded and the superior satisfaction is most dissatisfied by the volunteer soldiers on work satisfaction. The work enthusiasm is the most regarded by the volunteer soldiers on work performance. There were significant difference between work satisfaction and work performance with the different years of service. There were significant difference on work satisfaction with the different function,s properties .We also found that here were significant differences on work satisfaction with self-fulfillment on work value. There were significant differences on work value with colleague satisfaction, promotion satisfaction, and superior satisfaction on work satisfaction. There were significant differences on work value with work creation and work ability on work performance.
