Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 97 === This thesis is to design a small power AC to DC converter for switching power supply. It contains a half-bridge resonance converter which automatically adjust and step up the voltage utilizing zero voltage switching (ZVS). It combines PFC and LLC converter control on a single chip to simplify the structure and synchronized rectification of MOSFET to reduce the loss especially at high output current. It also contains very detailed theoretical discussion on operation of AC-DC converter, also uses simulation tools, such as Mathcad & Simetrix, to help for analyzing. At last a 90W, 19 V / 4.73 A, 90-264Vac power supply has been implemented to verify simulation and theoretical results the product give a 93.55% efficiency and improves the performance of a Flyback AC-DC converter normally has.
