Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 化學研究所 === 97 === One-dimensional nanocapacitor (Au/BST/Au nanowire) has been successfully prepared by using sol-gel template EPD (electrophoretic deposition) method. Porous anodic alumina membrane was employed as the template for growing BST nanotubes and Au nanowires. The measurement frequency, testing temperature, and relative humidity of the environment were found to have significant effect on the capacitance. The capacitance changes up to 97% when the measurement frequency increases from 100 Hz to 100 KHz. The capacitance changes up to 711% when temperature changes from 20oC to 80oC. The capacitance changes up to 9643% when the relative humidity changes from 20RH% to 80RH%. Base the present study, we have demonstrated that the measuremnet frequency, the temperature and the relative humidity are three major influencing factors for the capacitance of one-dimensional nanocapacitors.
