Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 工業與系統工程研究所 === 97 === This study mainly investigated the issues of Controller-Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) and some incidents on aviation. Thus, the study was divided into two experiments. The first experiment was to investigate the effects of communication mediums, flight phases, and the roles in the cockpit on pilots’ situation awareness and the second one was to discuss the effects of whether some incidents occurred or not on pilot’s situation awareness. In this study, SAGAT and SART were used to evaluate pilot’s situation awareness on each experiment respectively. The results for the first experiment showed that flight phases had significant influence on pilot’s situation awareness, and a significant interaction between the flight phases and the communication mediums was found. In addition, the results for the second experiment showed that incidents had the significant influence on pilot’s situation awareness.
