Because of the publics leisure consciousness is raising which makes the leisure farm and B & B become more and more popular including Ilan County. How to satisfactory the demands of consumers should be the most important thing when the consumers travelled in countryside and stay at B & B. The owners of B & B may raise the living quality if they could use the local resources to create their own special character. Further more, B & B owners should satisfactory the demands of the consumers, then they can get some profits from rising room price of B & B in the leisure recreation. The purposes of this study is from the customer's view to realize the correlation of the pricing with some other variables about ocean view, parking lots, internet, scenery, local flavor meal and beverage and sea seeing. So we hope this research can be supplied the important reference indicator to the B & B owners. Try to realize customer's real demand, and satisfy them fully. The B & B owners could draw up favorable price and then raise their profit of income as well.
