Summary:碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 === 97 === As a result of present domestic automobile GPS automated navigation system unusual universal, in view of its fast automatic selection two place's between routes with the most short-path pattern, this research hope may enter it the step to become against disaster relief most suitable way, thus establishes a set “against disaster relief path choice automation appraisal mechanism”, when comes regarding the earthquake, may provide immediately suits the disaster relief vehicles to walk the route, as well as the populace go to the route which seeks asylum the place to suit. But path of this appraisal mechanism designation, after is depends upon the earthquake occurs, by has not suffered the destruction in the path to choose, because myself thought that considered some earthquake's destruction dives the potential, but plans beforehand against disaster relief path, might as well when earthquake real occurrence chooses the path is more correct, what therefore this research institute must discuss, the use geography information system (GIS) in the software ArcGIS road network analysis, and applies mechanically some earthquakes occur when the institute possibly to have the factor, as well as in the security, the efficiency the consideration, analyzes against disaster relief the optimal path. In the future hoped can unify the ArcGIS road network analysis system, ArcEngine, the information bank system and the Visual Basic programming language, develops a set “against disaster relief path choice automation appraisal mechanism”.
