Description
Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 97 === This study researched on the development of the simulation system of 3D coordinate gear measurement center and used the gear measurement center of Klingelnberg P40 as the research subject. The simulation system was developed using Visual C++ 6.0 in Windows XP and adopted OpenGL graphic library and MFC windows programming design library. The advantage of using the simulation system of the measurement center is that it can reduce measuring time and can make rapid changes to undergo different and diversified measuring simulation. Using simulation system to simulate actual motion and measurement conditions in advance can reduce unnecessary costs and human resources. This study used involute gear as the modeling and measuring objective. In addition, pitch error and dentiform error were used as the main measuring items. The dentiform was compared and analyzed through traditional and modern measurement method and an actual simulation measurement was used to obtain the statistics. The results proved that the new method uses less time. This study also states the two method of error compensation, probe and spindle error compensation. Based from the compensation methods, the measured gear error can be compensated to enhance the precision of the measurement. Last, the measured gear statistics were analyzed, compared to the theory and computed the error value. The values were fabricated into a graph for analysis and comparison.
