This study discusses the displacement of diaphragm wall, the ground responses and the settlement of buildings nearby the excavation site. The analysis result showed that the characteristic of CR2 deep excavation to tally approximately with f0rmer’s study. In which, the ratio of the penetration depth D of diaphragm wall and the deep excavation depth H is between 0.73 and 0.80, the ratio of wall thickness t and the deep excavation depth H is between 4.51﹪ and 5.28 ﹪, the ratio of wall length L and the deep excavation depth H is between 1.73 and 1.8. Moreover, the ratio of maximum wall displacement δhmax and the deep excavation depth H is between 0.21% and 0.30%, the ratio of maximum ground settlement δvmax and the deep excavation depth H is between 0.07% and 0.26%,and the value of δvmax over δhmax is between 0.35 and 0.88. The above empirical formulas can be used for design and analysis purpose in relative region for Red and Orange Line of Kaohsiung MRT . 王建智 2009 學位論文 ; thesis 162 zh-TW
