碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 營建工程研究所 === 97 === Abstract Based on the case study of green building for southern area in Taiwan in 2007, this investigation is to study the subject of energy consumption indicator and water resource indicator in old building. The related information including technology, development and regulations of green building are analyzed to realize the improvement of southern building for passing the Green Building Label in 2007. This research is to make sure that the energy saving benefitn on the design of energy consumption and water resource in old building. Also, the energy-consumption structures are planned to improve the energy-saving system to conform to the Green Building Label for decreasing the energy crisis. Therefire, the promotion of energy saving and carbon reduction is achieved. Based on the informations of Taiwan Architeture Building Center, a total of five samples of old building in the southern area will conduct to realize the energy consumption indicator and water resource indicator. This study shows that the phenomenon of global warming and LaNina cause the attention of Green Building House. This study will offer the informations of the acquaintance, confidence and popularization for green building.
