The first step of Supply Chain Management is to choose suppliers for companies. However, before selecting the suitable suppliers, enterprises must make their own selection criteria carefully for supplier selections to obtain the proper suppliers. If there was a best set of methods and tools to screen for suppliers, then enterprise itself could pick the most appropriate one from a large number of candidates. As the adequate suppliers can increase competitiveness of the supply chain; on the contrary, inadequate ones will result delays in delivery schedule and production, so the selection of fitting suppliers is a very important process for supply chain management. This study is based on Jan-long Huang (2007) proposed 「A Verification Research Using ANP to Choose Suppliers-A case of Dairy Products Suppliers for a Chain Supermarket」to perform the follow-up research as an example. This study used selection criteria is proposed by Jan-long Huang (2007), this study used the program of selection (the candidate suppliers) re-acquire the relevant information. The first stage of screening the candidate suppliers is the application of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) for filtering suppliers, because DEA does not have to pre-determine the weight of selection indicators for percolating suppliers, it will not be affected by artificially subjective factors and the consequences will be objective. After completed the first phase of screening, there are two programs to select for the second stage, picking the highest value of the relative efficiency of suppliers for the best one directly or filtering a number of candidates using network analysis procedure (Analytic Network Process, ANP) if there were more than one suppliers of highest efficiency appeared at the same time. The outcome of a case study in this research showed 5 suppliers (DMU1, DMU4, DMU6, DMU7 and DMU10) with screening efficiency value of 1 after the first stage of DEA method, therefore further analysis of network (ANP) was applied for the second procedure. The final results of ANP analysis acquired the overall score of 0.209 for the DMU4 which became the most suitable suppliers. In accordance with their different needs for the suppliers, Enterprises can replace the criteria for selecting process and the results of operations could be a reference for decision-making.
