Summary: | 碩士 === 中山醫學大學 === 口腔材料科學研究所 === 97 === Low-energy laser irradiation was first used to accelerate wound healing in the 1970s.Since then laser light therapy has been applied to various medical conditions such as dermatological diseases, neurological damage, and to reduce pain and inflammation. The effects of low-energy laser irradiation on MG-63 cell line and L-929 cell line were investigated in this study. 920 nm diode laser was used to stimulate cells, and its effects on cell proliferation、 adhesion and some marker of cell inflammation and proliferation were determined. The results revealed a significant increase in cell proliferation and adhesion in diode laser treated groups as compared with nonirradiated groups. Irradiation of 5 joules/cm2 and 10 joules/cm2 reduced inflamed cell TNF-αand IL-1 gene and iNOS protein expression . Cell proliferation was also proved by phospho-ERK protein expression. As the result, we believed LLLT can improve wound healing and also capable of inflammation reduction.
