| Summary: | 碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 運籌管理研究所 === 97 === This study’s main goals are to identify existing production processes, and identify how to improve the production process. In order to understand what the customer’s thinking is that we design a questionnaire to gather data from its customers. A questionnaire with 31 questions structures in five sections that gather data from its customers via e-mail. The data has been collected with fifty clients. There were twenty-one participants (42%) completed all phases of the research. The response was much lower than expected.
According to the result, we found lead time is the most important of the dependent variables, and worker skill is the most important of the independent variable. For this reason, whether the YC Company wants to improve existing operation and production planning or make new operation and production planning, it should start with improving worker skills.
