A Cross-level Investigation of Factors Influencing Hospital Administrator Service-Oriented OCB
碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 運籌管理研究所 === 97 === 本研究主要目的在探討內外控人格特質、轉換型領導與服務氣候對服務導向組織公民行為影響之研究。本研究蒐集台北市立某醫療機構之20個行政單位行政主管與95位員工資料,透過跨層次分析結果顯示,在個人層次方面,行政人員內控人格特質正向影響其服務導向組織公民行為,且內控人格特質者明顯高於外控人格特質者;但在部門層次方面,部門服務氣候與主管轉換型領導則未如預期的受到實證資料的証實,同時,部門服務氣候對內外控人格特質與服務導向組織公民行為也不具有干擾效果。最後,本研究經由研究結果提出一些學術與實務管理意涵,並對未來研究方向提出建議。...
